No-ology operates under the company name Thoughtwork LLC and will be referred to as Thoughtwork LLC. Thoughtwork LLC collects, uses, and remains responsible for certain personal information collected from you.
2. CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT
This website, along with any of its products and services, are not meant for persons under the age of 13. Thoughtwork LLC does not intentionally collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Thoughtwork LLC does not allow children under the age of 13 to use any of the interactive portions of this website. This includes but is not limited to completing and submitting forms, leaving comments, and providing us with their information.
Thoughtwork LLC does not intend to knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If Thoughtwork LLC determines that it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 13, the user’s information will be deleted.

a. Information Collected by Thoughtwork LLC
Thoughtwork LLC reserves the right to collect, utilize and remain responsible for specific personal information which you provide when voluntarily signing up for our programs or emails, leaving comments, order any other products and services, filling out forms, and contacting us via email.
Collected information may include but is not limited to the following: your name, phone number, email address, physical address, and billing information. To simply access our website, you will not be asked to furnish any personally identifiable information (PII). In addition, Thoughtwork LLC may collect domain information and “cookies” (which are small files saved on your hard drive by your web browser) to assess website and advertisement performance and determine user patterns as well as saving information from your previous sessions and helping you in curating your experience. Thoughtwork LLC will be asking for your consent to allow cookies. Likewise, Thoughtwork LLC or its third-party vendors may obtain non-personal information through the use of cookies and similar technologies.
Non-personal information may include details such as the computer you use, any technical information about your connection to our website (like operating systems and Internet service provider), and your browser details. In addition to the above, Thoughtwork LLC will also obtain your name and email address as well as additional information from other sources, such as Google forms, Typeform, Venmo, Square, and PayPal.

Thoughtwork LLC has the right to the information provided by you. This includes any information such as e-mails, and delivery of products and/or services, fulfilling orders and executing customer transactions, launching contests and promotions as well as enhancing website performance and overall customer service.
d. Sharing Your Personal Information
Thoughtwork LLC respects your privacy and does not intend to sell, transfer or trade any of your PII to third parties (beyond what is required for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the purpose of completing an online function) without your consent.
Thoughtwork LLC does share your payment information with credit card processors, Venmo, and Stripe.
This allows us to provide the goods and services which you render. Thoughtwork LLC may divulge your personal information as a means to enforce our Terms and Conditions and Website Terms in addition to managing our business and ensuring our users' data is protected from the general public.
When you provide Thoughtwork LLC your permission, Thoughtwork LLC may use your PII for both internal or external marketing as well as any pertinent promotional purposes.
While Thoughtwork LLC may collect personal identification information from you as a means to opt you into optional contests, promotions, and any limited-time offers, Thoughtwork LLC will only share this information with the necessary third parties for the purpose of carrying out the aforementioned business activities. The provision wherein Thoughtwork LLC requires your name and email address is a requirement in order for us to be able to add you to our services and modules. Likewise, your payment information is a necessary requirement if you would like to procure any of our paid services or products. Your mailing address is required if you would like for us to ship any physical goods which you may purchase. Lastly, Thoughtwork LLC does not request that you provide any other personal data in order to utilize and visit our website. In the case that Thoughtwork LLC needs to collect such information, Thoughtwork LLC will inform you accordingly.
f. Storage Duration of Collected Information
Thoughtwork LLC stores all non-client personal data until you decide to notify us to delete this information or unsubscribe from any of our marketing emails, which you reserve the right to do at any time.
Thoughtwork LLC will hold all of our client and customer personal data for a minimum of six (6) years. In the case that you /partook in any coaching or recorded video calls and posted your comments in any forums, your data will remain there for the duration of the site (including third-party sites) remaining active.
g. Purpose of Collecting Your Personal Information
Thoughtwork LLC collects and utilizes your personal information to pursue the following business interests: completing purchase orders and contracts, sending e-mails, rendering services and products, executing any customer transactions, ensuring the completion of contests, and enhancing website capabilities and customer service.
4. COLLECTION AND TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA OUTSIDE OF THE EEA
While Thoughtwork LLC’s website is operated from the United States and third parties with whom Thoughtwork LLC might share your personal information are also located within the United States, if you reside in the EEA or elsewhere outside of the United States, any information which you share with Thoughtwork LLC will be transferred to the United States. When utilizing this website and partaking in our services or purchasing our products, you are providing your information and consent of your data being transferred to the United States.

6. ENSURING THE SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
At Thoughtwork LLC, we have security measures in place to avoid personal information from being accidentally lost, misused, or accessed in an unauthorized capacity. We also maintain a protocol to deal with any potential data security breach. In the case such a data breach occurs, we will notify you and any necessary authorities of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
Likewise, we also limit access to your personal information to those who only have a genuine business need to know this information. Those businesses who process your information will be subject to a duty of confidentiality.
Bear in mind that any of your comments or information that you post on the website, such as the Thoughtwork LLC membership site, our slack, and social media pages, become public and third parties may use your information. In those instances, Thoughtwork LLC is not liable for any unauthorized uses by third parties. As a result, you disclose your information at your own risk.

This policy is effective as of January 8, 2021. In the case we modify our policy, we will notify you of any changes via email.
